Circle is safe container of resonance and compassion, it is a practice in checking in and expressing ones authentic self by dropping all shields. In this circle every woman has an equal opportunity to express themselves by using their voice.

Recognising the vulnerability of sharing we make clear that it is not a conversation and you are not obligated to share. It is an invitation to an ancient method of witnessing genuine emotion by making way for empowerment and cultivating clarity of the self.

Even though we maintain Tender ‘n’ Raw Studio at 18 to 22 degrees celsius, for circle we recommend that you bring an extra layer, blanket or wrap around scarf.
