He sorted it simply with a can do approach. Refreshing considering what I go through with a communications degree trying to give money to people in customer service in this city sometimes. We were able to make people rich in this city off our heads daily in this city several decades ago and the only boss who gave a shit about my mother losing her oldest son was the one putting roeys in his own JD and still able to entertain hos wife and 2 mistresses simultaneously in his own restaurant.
Those were the days…. when customer service could go for 4 days and sometimes see you coming to in NSW or SA
These days I feel I have to tip toe around the soup Nazi who denies that soup ever happened.
